since may 28, 2019, the permit for corporate bank account in guangdong would be canceled. the system for opening, changing and canceling basic deposit account, temporary deposit account for the legal deputy, unincorporated enterprise as well as individual business(hereinafter referred to as enterprise) that set up in china will be changed from approval system to filling system. the people’s bank of china won’t issue the permit for opening a bank account, which shall no longer be regarded as the documentary evidence or proof.

after completing the audit, we will handle procedures for the eligible enterprise who apply for opening basic deposit account and temporary deposit account. since the day of opening, corporate bank settlement account could deal with the capital collection and payment business. when it comes to these enterprises who apply for changing or canceling the previous basic deposit account, the name of temporary deposit account, the legal deputy or the head of the unit, please return the previous permit.

in order to prevent illegal criminals from opening an account by assuming others’ name, we’ll check with the legal deputy(head of a unit) about the will of opening.

after canceling the permit, enterprises who apply for opening a general deposit account, special deposit account, temporary deposit account shall provide the number of the basic deposit account to the bank.

at the time of opening, the people’s bank of china will give you the permit, which is used for opening other types of account.
opening, changing, canceling basic and temporary deposit account shall be examined and approved by the people’s bank of china.
three workdays after opening, your account could deal with collection payment business.

the number replaces the permit.

job openings in service sector, it and media industries, including journalists, brand and communication managers and software engineers, take up nearly half of the job vacancies at the fair, which is organized by the foreign talent research center and the state administration of foreign experts affairs on sunday.

the fair has attracted more than 500 expats and offered about 1,000 job vacancies in multiple sectors, china daily reported monday.

foreign job seekers with mandarin proficiency is likely to get more pay. “positions that require fluent spoken and written mandarin tend to pay more than the same jobs without the language requirement,” said yang jiayin, project manager of the research center.

more than 50 percent of job seekers are from european countries, mainly spain and portugal, and about 25 percent are from asian countries, with a majority from india, according to data collected at the beijing job fair from the previous 10 years.

the income gap between foreigners and chinese employees in the same positions has reduced in past decades as salaries paid to chinese have risen faster than expat salaries, yang added.

in 2018, china issued approximately 336,000 work permits to foreigners and over 950,000 foreigners were working in the country as of the end of last year.
